Lingjie Qiao is a sophomore, majoring in business administration and statistics. She grew up in Nanjing, China and came to the States for college. Being an international student herself, Lingjie saw the challenges faced by international student body and joined ISAC to serve the international community on campus. When a lot of students, especially the newly-admitted, struggle with academic difficulties, cultural barriers and later work sponsorship, Lingjie look forward to contributing her passion and actively addressing these problem with her work in ISAC. Besides the international community, Lingjie is also interested in the non-profit art industry and is especially aware of the leadership roles of women in the more highly-funded and male-dominated art organizations. Her hobbies include swimming, dancing, reading, traveling and meeting new peoples from all around the world.
